Lately, I've been using social networking sites to help with my SEO. I sign up on Myspace, Friendster, Facebook, Squidoo, Digg, Technorati, Mybloglog, flickr, Linkedin, Twitter, Stubmle Upon, etc. Build a profile, link to my sites. And then network like crazy. You'd be surprised how much traffic you can get this way.
Does anyone else do this?

I've been suffering a bit from writers block lately. Every blogger will tell you that it's very hard to stay focused on one topic for years. Things get old and boring kinda quick. That's why most blogs crash and burn.
I've been surfing around and compiling a list of my favorite and inspiring blogs and posts. I stumbled on this one called Essential Posts that Every Blogger Should Know. Great stuff in there. Lots of other helpful information on the North East blog. Good stuff.
I stumbled onto a site called Website Grader which is a site that grades your blog or website using SEO guidelines. It gives you pointers on things you can do to improve the search engine rankings of your site. I was surprised to see what it said about some of my sites.
It all ends up with you entering in an email address and you get a pitch for professional SEO services. But the tool is cool enough, to make me overlook their pitch. Check out Website Grader, you may get some useful information regarding your site.
I have a music blog that's been up for quite some time. I'm not getting much for traffic, I'm wondering what everyone thinks? What can I do to make this blog better? Please take a look and let me know: http://rawk-talk.com
