Weblog Empire http://www.weblogempire.com/ is like a dating agency for blog links! I know everyone is saying that reciprocal linking is dead. I still think that there is value to having links back and forth. To me, as long as you don’t spend a ton of time trading links, it’s worth it. I love reading blogs about blogging, such as this one. I live and breathe blogs, so this list was very exciting for me. Tons of great information.
It covers the 66 most successful bloggers and what they can teach you. It’s got all of the heavy hitters listed there. It also mentions the owner of the blogging company that I work for, which is nice.

I always get questions about the spell checker that comes with WordPress. Why doesn’t it work properly. The first thing you need to understand is that the button for the spell checker is a toggle button. Click it once to turn it on, click it again to turn it off. This really confuses people for some reason.
The other thing that confuses people is the down arrow next to the button, this is for selecting languages, nothing else. You really should never need to mess with this setting. read more »
I know a lot of people have issues when uploading images with WordPress. I’m going to go over the basics.
1. Make sure you have the image somewhere on your hard drive.
2. Make sure the image is not wider than your blog will allow. Also, by default WordPress only allows 1.5 meg uploads.
3. Using the upload box browse to the file on your hard drive.
4. Click on Upload.
5. Now you will see the image in the blue upload box.
6. If you click on the image it gives you some options. read more »
